Easy Spaghetti Bake

This recipe for my easy spaghetti bake is just that and a major family favorite in our house! Served with some yummy garlic bread and they all come running!

I have been throwing this together for years, because it is so easy and can be made in advance or frozen. You can add meat or not, use any size of pasta, and even cut into individual portions for easy heat up for those busy nights! You can even make your own sauce, but I normally buy @Ragu for convenience, and double the ingredients, which gives me 2 9×13 pans and leftovers.

Likely this is why I love this recipe…I love leftovers! To be able to eat off of one pan for two or three days and then have a whole other pan for another time. One of the hubby’s favorite dishes and he doesn’t even like pasta…which is why I use angel hair pasta. The kids almost always come in for seconds, which is another reason that I often double it up.

I will often times buy a loaf or six of french bread and make home made garlic butter by mixing softened butter with garlic powder. Slice the loaves and spread some butter on each slice…warm in the oven for about the last 10 minutes of baking time.
