This week, I bring you a bit of old school fun courtesy of my dear friend and fellow host, Tamara.
While surfing facebook yesterday morning, from my phone, I noticed she was looking for a buddy, and because of a bit of focused family time, so was I. She offered some great “Old School” questions and we decided to share our answers to the same group of questions for this week. Be sure to stay tuned, because next week we will be swapping for real, with a bit more old school fun!

I am so excited to be swapping again this week with the most amazing Tamara from Tamara Camera! If you have not met Tamara yet, be sure to stop by for a visit! Tamara is a warm and generous mom to two adorable littles, Scarlet and Des and wife to the very creative Cassidy. Sharing absolutely beautiful photos and the warmth through her writing, even her own story in the amazing compilation, The Mother Of All Meltdowns! Be sure to stop by to read her answers to these Old School Fun questions!
I definitely think a little of both.
I have tried to stay young at heart to a degree, for the kids, by remembering what I was like during those years to hopefully make me a better mom.
An old soul, mostly as a feeling, sometimes thinking that the older and simpler ways were better than now.
Well, I can’t really think of a movie or book that specifically changed my life but, one of my all time favorites would be Jane Eyre. No matter how difficult Jane had it, she always remained strong.
I have managed to find quite a few that I hung around with, thanks to Facebook, but I was kind of a loner in school.
Van Zetti’s bakery! Just the smell of the place, when you walked through the door…mouth would start to water and stomach would start to growl! We would always go there just before we would go to a local park to have a weenie roast.
Mostly only one or two, large crowds tend to freak me out! LOL! I am still pretty much a loner.
Hmm…I really don’t have any quirky habits, unless you count my need to have all of the dirty clothes washed or dirty dishes done. Nothing drives me nuttier than finding a stray sock after the last load is in the dryer or the hubby goes to fix a snack after my dishes are done. LOL!
Getting to see and feel my very first waterfall…and everything that has happened this past week, which I will be sharing in the coming weeks!
Intuition…it rarely lets me down.
We have a little Mexican restaraunt, in the town that we live in, that we like to go to. The hubby and I can eat there for less than $25 and because the service is fast, we can normally get in and out in less than a half hour.
I really can’t think of any except…What’s New Pussycat by Tom Jones…lil miss came to me the other day singing it and wanting to know who it was by…
A little Irish, Pennsylvania Dutch, English and probably some other stuff! LOL! My family tree has more branches and offshoots than you could shake a stick at!
Now this one is hard…Lonely blacksheep, stayed strong, and survived.
Thank you so much to Tamara for offering up such wonderful questions and remember to stay tuned for next week, where Tamara and I will bring you some more Old School Fun! Don’t forget to stop by to read Tamara’s answers to these questions and then take a moment to visit with all of the other amazing link ups and get to know a group of amazing bloggers!
