This week, I am thrilled to be swapping with a new bloggy buddy, Danielle from Dancing With My Daughter! Danielle is an amazing SAHM to her beautiful daughter Kaelynn, living in New Zealand. She is a self professed coffee junkie, book and food lover, with a desire to travel the world and check off her bucket list, and an obsession with stationary, scented candles, and Teddy Bears. She loves to sharing her families experiences in life and parenthood, food recipes, product reviews, and DIY projects. Be sure to stop by her place to say hello, give her some love, and read her answers to the questions that I asked her!
Now on to Danielle’s questions…
Long, busy, and tiring! LOL! Hubby was working seven days a week, which left me to take care of things on the homefront.
No, we won’t dress up this year, we will most likely hang at home and bake cookies or something and then pig out on them! Here are some throwbacks, of me, from days gone by…
We really don’t do to much, unless it is maybe a nature walk. We are pretty much a homebody family!
Not that I have planned, but I do plan to do a bit of baking! I love to bake.
Hot chocolate would be my choice for a drink, and the cinnamon bread that I just baked, or maybe some baked apples…but my all time fave is…
Well…since I can’t go to Scotland! LOL! I would choose either Gatlinburg, Tennessee or Massachussets…Gatlinburg because that is where the hubby and I honeymooned, and we would love to take the kids down and stay in a cabin and hit all of the sites that we did when we were there…As for Massachussets, the hubby’s family came from there and it would be cool to take them to Gannett Hall and Gannett Road and then we would head to Salem, well, because it is Salem!
We used to put puzzles together, many years ago, but now the most we do is go for drives every now and then, out in the country, which gives us time to talk without the interuption of television, children, and recliner’s to nap in!
Horribly! LOL! More days than not, there is very little me time or hubby time. We are actually major home bodies, mostly because hubby works so much. As for family activities, unless it is free and nearby, there really is not much that goes on in our little town. Once in a while we get lucky when we can find a cool historical fair.
Well, oddly I don’t have much in the way of family, so the recipe that I would say my friends are interested in would be an old family favorite…Pink Fluffy Stuff (Light Cream Cheesecake).
Thank you so much, Danielle for swapping with me this, this week, and be sure to stop by Danielle’s site, Dancing With My Daughter to check out the answers to my questions to her. And don’t forget to stop by all of the other amazing link ups and find out more about your favorite bloggers!
