Super Easy Granola Bars

It was a few days ago, that I promised a recipe for super easy granola bars, and boy do I mean easy! I bought all of the ingredients about a month ago, and for some reason kept putting of making them. Once I finally did get them made, I knew that it would definitely be a recipe that I would use again, with just a little bit of tweaking from the original one that I used. This post will include both recipes, the one I have already made and the one that I will make tomorrow or the next day. The first one that I made, had a really good flavor, but a slight bit too much peanut butter so that will be one ingredient that I will cut back on. The other thing that I will cut back on, will be the amount of dried fruit, my kids are extremely picky when it come to dried fruit, and the first batch had just a bit too much. Otherwise, they were chewy and moist…and again very easy!
