This is my Grandma’s Banana Bread recipe…which she made several loaves a month for years. LOL! So much so that she would generally have a stock pile of it in her deep freeze, complete with a little white piece of paper stuck to it with scotch tape (the woman had a love affair with her scotch tape, the family often joked that if she would’ve bought stock in it she would’ve been a rich woman) with the date written on it of when it was made. One of these days I will do a post strictly about Grandma, she was a hoot.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
